I hope you have had a chance to visit GuideStar 3.0, our brand-new Web site. What you see there is the results of months and months of very careful listening, many creative suggestions, and an enthusiastic group of users and customers. And, of course, a very talented and dedicated staff at GuideStar that worked many long hours.

Thanks also to all of you who took the time during the past weeks to share your thoughts on our plans for the site. We've tried to work out as many bugs as possible, but we readily admit that a few gremlins are popping up. So stay with us and call or e-mail immediately (customerservice@guidestar.org or 800-784-9378) if you have a question or concern.
