Enhanced Charity Registration, Information and Regulation On The Way
GuideStar is pleased to announce that the NASCONet unified charitable registry project has received a TOP grant from the Department of Commerce. We'd like to thank the more than 1,600 subscribers who expressed their support for this project and helped make it possible. In October, the Question of the Month asked readers if their nonprofits were registered to raise funds in multiple states. Nearly a third of the respondents said they were, at an average cost of approximately $5,000 per year. Take a closer look at the NASCONet project and how nonprofits stand to benefit.
