2002
Profile:
After spending six years in two previous chief executive roles, Mr. Moulton has been the director at ACTR since 2002. Moulton has also been Chair of the Board of Directors for the Vermont Public Transportation Association since 2004 and the Vermont state delegate to the Community Transportation Association of America since 2009.
Leadership Statement:
<div>ACTR is proud to be an award-winning rural public transportation system that sets high standards for service. In addition to annually meeting or exceeding state performance expectations, ACTR was recognized in 2008 by the Federal Transit Administration with their Region 1 Ridership Excellence Award, in 2010 as a Finalist for the Governors' Workplace Saftey Award, in 2011 as a national leader for innovation in rural public transportation, and in 2012 as a national leader for economic impact in rural public transportation. ACTR riders consistently rate the quality of service - whether riding the bus, traveling with a volunteer driver or being served by our ride dispatchers - with satisfaction rates of 90% or more.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>When our new maintenance and administrative facility is completed in 2013, ACTR will be well-positioned to build upon its previous success in a much more cost-efficient and effective manner. The federal grant earned by ACTR comes for this facility with a 20% local match requirement and we look forward to the continued support of our community in achieving this goal.</div>
