Mr. Leibowitz joined BPMA following 20 years in the Office of the Mayor of Boston, during which time he brought millions of new dollars into the City; helped bring the Democratic National Convention, National League of Cities and US Conference of Mayors to Boston, and drafted successful legislation in housing, technology and other areas of urban policy. Mr. Leibowitz is a graduate of Brandeis University and the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He represents the Second Suffolk District on the Massachusetts Democratic State Committee and is a resident of Jamaica Plain.
