Karen Foster has been a program leader with All Out Adventures since January, 2004. A former middle and high school teacher, she holds a master's degree in Educational Administration from SUNY Albany. Additionally, she has attended a National Outdoor Leadership School backpacking trip leader seminar, and holds the following certifications: Wilderness First Responder, Lifeguard, Leave No Trace Trainer, ACA Basic Coastal Kayak Instructor with an adaptive endorsement.
Leadership Statement:
Our outdoor recreation programs expand people's worlds and improve their quality of life. Each year, hundreds of people with disabilities and senior citizens explore new territory through kayaking, cycling, canoeing, camping, and more.
