Mr. Morris co-founded Partners International foundation based on the simple vision that the maximum amount of donor contributions should directly impact those in need. He is active as a volunteer for several international humanitarian organizations. He co-authored the POI for and co-facilitated the World Food Program's first inter-agency deliberate planning workshop in Burkina Faso. This workshop marked the first time a United Nations Inter-Agency planning group met with the goal of developing a strategic level plan to react to a complex emergency, effectively moving the organization's emergency response from reactive to pro-active. He is a frequent speaker and writer on human rights and international relief operations.

Leadership Statement:

<p>At Partners International Foundation we pride ourselves on executing projects that provide aid to counties andpeople so they emerge from a crisis better prepared to deal with any future events.  We build communites to be self-sustaining and, thereby reduce dependancy on outside aid.  A donation to Partners International Foundation is resourcing a long-term solution and building the capacity in peoples to support themselves and their communities. It breaks the aid dependancy cycle.</p>
