Impact Summary from the Nonprofit
1. To produce more educated, accountable, and independant young adults (who enrolled as childeren/youth) who with MUCH encouragement may or may not attend college, but will have been exposed to quite a few "top" trades to find their niche in life and further their education and careers, thus providing communities with better serevice and less dependency on the system, homelessness, and/or increasing crime. 2. To matriculate approx. 200-300 youth in the Metro Nashville and some surrounding areas each year from our distinct program. 3. Be the catapult for our youth to further their opportunities in vocation and domestic living.

Leadership Statement:
I believe with all the essentials necessary to bring this vision to past, we will aid in raising new generations up to become more responsible, accountable, and self-sufficient. We are important and distinctive because there aren't too many, if any other organizations in Middle Tennessee catering specifically to all that we will offer under one roof. There are other organizations implementing some or parts of the courses we offer, but not the entire program at once. This vision is so important to me as the Ex. Director because, even though we will stress the importance of attending and matriculating from an accredited college/university, I recognize that not all young people will further their education via college, learn many (if any) domestic practices, trades, morals & values, and have the opportunity to experience safe, wholesome, and productive fun & enrichment.
