Mission Statement

A Step 2 Success is dedicated to directly helping adolescents committed to improving themselves through education and skill development, and helping organizations that assist young men and women acheive self-improvement. The emphasis of the foundation is to lift up, mentor, train, educate,support and monitor individuals who need the support otherwise unavailable to them.

A member of a successful family (owners of Taco Bell, KFC, and Cheeburger Cheeburger restaurants)the Aarsand Company and the family is dedicated to philanthropy. They invite and welcome tax-deductible donations from the public as additional support.

My name is Torben Aarsand, executive director of A Step 2 Success. This public charity, run by me and my family, tries to help specific young people improve their lives. I offer these young people more than financial support. Indeed, I offer them mentoring, guidance, and support and try to help them make good decisions as they grow to be successful adults..
