Program Description:
This is training to individuals who desire to lead groups for life transformation. This training has served three primary purposes: 1. Show participants how to lead small groups for effective life-transformation. 2. Introduce participants to the Ascending Leaders process and materials. 3. Give participants experience and coaching in the skills necessary for small group discussion facilitation.
Program Long-Term Success:
Small groups using our material that are facilitated by leaders who have come to our training almost always are successful in providing life-long life-transformation to people who participate in the groups.

Program Description:
The workbooks are roughly 40 pages long each. They include 6 sessions of a reading, exercise and group discussion questions. The audience for these books is an average Christian small group.
Program Long-Term Success:
Providing our materials in this form has substantially increased our reach. A greater number of people feel they can handle the material. Since no group leader training is required, group leaders can order this off the internet and put it to use following our two pages of instruction.

We hear stories of people experiencing significant character growth such as extending forgiveness on account of using these studies in small groups.

Program Description:
This workshop is designed for ordinary people to discover their unique mission in life. It is often taught in a workshop setting. People do personal work to see how God has been working in their past and also learn from a small group of three others with whom they process this. They come out of the workshop with on paper a description of their own unique mission, including their values.
Program Long-Term Success:
To date over 750 people have participated in a Charting Your Course workshop.
Program Short-Term Success:
People find a sense of joy in the uniqueness God gave them.
