Mission Statement

Arizona Retriever Rescue (AZRR) actively rescues and re-homes Flat Coated and Golden Retrievers in need. If the need arises, we may answer the needs of Curly Coated Retrievers, Chesapeake Bay Retrievers and Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers. We operate entirely from volunteer efforts, and are funded principally by donations and support activity. Our volunteers' dedication and commitment allows the needs of Retrievers of all ages, regardless of their medical condition or circumstances to be met. The mission of AZRR is to provide veterinary care, comprehensive evaluation and adoptive homes to Golden and Flatcoat Retrievers who are abandoned, mistreated, neglected or left in pounds throughout the state of Arizona.
