Program Description:
The Tyler Foundation Fund for Extraordinary Needs is an endowment fund that has been established at Children's Hospital Boston and UMass Memorial Children's Medical Center. The fund at each hospital allows the pediatric epilepsy team resources to assist families that are in need of financial assistance as determined by the team of doctors, nurses and social workers at each hospital. Our goal is to donate $100,000 into each fund at the two hospitals giving them the financial resources they need to support the families.
