A personalized therapeutic treatment plan in a safe, temporary living environment for up to 30 abused and neglected boys with severe emotional, behavioral, and social problems. Extensive treatment groups provide children help in addressing self-esteem, victimization and sexual abuse/offender issues.

Impact Summary from the Nonprofit
Between July 1, 2012 and June 30, 2013, Children's Home of Northern Kentucky impacted over 400 children and their families throughout Boone, Kenton, and Campbell counties and beyond. As a provider of both residential treatment and community-based services, children and families remain at the center of all we do.
All programs combined, the Home served a total of 33 counties.
96 boys lived at the Home and participated in the Residential Treatment Program. 80% of the boys discharged from the program were successfully discharged to a guardian, foster home, or other less restrictive environment. The program also saw a 37% increase in the average number of family sessions, leading to increased favorable discharged.
120 students demonstrating at-risk behavior participated in the Champions program. 86% of the youth successfully completed the program. 88% of families reported improved overall family functioning. 72% of youth with multiple discipline referrals improved behaviors and avoided court referrals. 75% of youth with truancy issues improved attendance. 100% of youth with substance abuse isues demonstrated improvement.
