They may find themselves challenged to fulfill their governance responsibilities or frustrated by the expectations that the organization has set for them. Program Description:

ILS operates three group homes, a supervised apartment complex, and an ICF/MR (a home for those with medical needs in addition to developmental disabilities). We also provide follow-along services (financial management assistance, transportation, access to medical care) for people living independently in the community. The newest addition to our family of programs is Profiles, our adult development center, where 40 adults can connect to the internet, practice cooking, and access the community library and sports center, learn sign language, and develop their art skills.
