<div><br />Light of Life may be well-known for providing meals and shelter, but offering basic needs is only one aspect of a much broader, multi-faceted mission. Light of Life&#8217;s primary goal is to transform and save lives. Through God&#8217;s blessings and the help of many faithful partners, Light of Life empowers men, women and children to overcome extreme adversities and gain essential tools for lifelong achievement. Elements that distinguish Light of Life from many rehabilitation programs are its holistic, faith-based approach for equipping people to change their lives; emphasis on discipleship and impacting the lives of others; expansive and diverse donor base; ongoing efforts to be a good neighbor and valuable partner in the community; and continuous organizational transformation. </div> <div>Since 2007, Light of Life has implemented three new programs while expanding and improving existing ones, and the organization remains fiscally healthy in spite of the tough economy. As the needs of the community increase&#8212;especially in these unstable times&#8212;the Mission continues to explore ways to expand its facilities and services. Thanks to a strong leadership team, gifted staff and committed partners, Light of Life forges ahead to realize its vision of hope for generations to come.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div>
