Mission Statement

THE ATKINS FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS TO POSITIVELY IMPACT AND ELEVATE THE ROLE OF NUTRITIONIN HELATH. THE FOUNDATION MAKES GRANTS TO SUPPORT THE SCIENCE OF NUTRITION AND TO SUPPORT THE CREATION OF SOUND NUTRITION POLICIES. PRECOGNIZING THAT THIS CANNOT BE ACCOMPLISHED ALONE, THE FOUNDATION SEEKS OUT PARTNERS IN THE PUBLIC, PRIVATE, AND NONPROFIT SECTORS THAT HELP TO RETHINK THE ROLE OF NUTRITION IN DISEASE PREVENTION AND HEALTH MANAGEMENT.
