Mission Statement
SHI offers a second chance to beautiful horses that have been thrown away by the previous owners. These horses are rescued at auction and off kill buyer's feedlots to save then from an inhumane death in a Mexican slaughter house. SHI also provides a safe haven to horses in need, that may be victims of neglect, abuse or abandonement. SHI will rehabilitate and re home these horses where possible. SHI will provide sanctuary to these deemed un adoptable. Saving Horses lives is our mission.
