The Open Medicine Foundation (OMF) invests in accelerating collaborative medical research to find effective treatments and diagnostic markers for neuro-immune diseases including: Myalgic Encephalomyelits / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), Autism, Fibromyalgia, Lyme and others. The OMF keeps the community informed by disseminating information on current research projects and results of the funded research. The OMF brings together thought leaders from around the world to brainstorm and participate in targeted initiatives to tackle difficult-to-treat disease. The OMF encourages and engages the patient community to take an active role in their health care.
