Welcome to Arts In Motion (AIM)—Southeast Seattle's Community School of the Arts! We're delighted to be serving over 600 students of the Rainier Valley and surrounding area with instruction in music, art, theater, film and dance. We hope you are—or soon will be—one of them! Arts In Motion is committed to the belief that arts education has the power to transform lives and communities and that's exactly what we are doing! With a dedicated faculty of professional and passionate artists and teachers, AIM provides top-quality affordable instruction in the performing and visual arts to students of all ages and ability levels. AIM offers life-changing opportunities to all students. Training in the Arts provides each student a solid foundation in a chosen discipline. As students develop skills, they gain performance and production experience appropriate for their ability level, presenting shows or exhibitions in professional venues throughout the community. The result is the development of personal lifelong skills and community enrichment.
