<div>Welcome to the Center for Missional Leadership! Our vision is that by assisting each of God's children to develop their missional leadership in all areas of life, they will embrace their role in the holistic mission of Jesus Christ.  A more fully developed missional leadership identity will allow each believer to understand how respective gifting and capacities can be used in the mission of our Lord. As leaders develop and multiply, they will in turn develop and multiply leaders for the kingdom for future generations (Psalm 71:18). Spiritual leadership and the invitation to mission are great gifts of blessing from our Lord. After we embrace the grace of Jesus Christ, the highest form of leadership is required...the stewardship of life and relationships in His kingdom. By His grace alone (sola gratia), our Lord mercifully allows us the privilege of participating in His mission and the stewardship of life. In the global church, we are to be the "rivers of blessing, not pools of privilege. To this end, we are committed. We welcome you to join us in His mission, and to become a "river of blessing!"
