Federal law prohibits housing discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin, family status, and disability. Michigan law adds age and marital status. And, some city ordinances in the three counties we serve (Washtenaw, Lenawee, Monroe, Ingham, Jackson, and Livingston) include protections for sexual orientation, source of income, and student/non-student status. <input id="gwProxy" type="hidden" /><input id="jsProxy" type="hidden" />
