Jackson Recovery Centers, Inc. exists to meet the recovery-related needs of Siouxland by offering state-of-the-art recovery treatment services that are rooted in the 12-Steps. Our highly-trained staff strives to bring love and hope to all who are affected by addiction.   We offer outpatient and inpatient treatment for drug and alcohol addictions.  Jackson also offers outpatient treatment for behavioral addictions and co-occuring psychiatric disorders.  All of our programs are tailored to meet each individual's unique needs. Jackson works tirelessly to end the stigma associated with the disease of addiction and educate the Siouxland community on how addiction can be prevented and treated.

Jackson Recovery Centers' Adult Outpatient program specializes in providing outpatient addiction treatment for adult men and women and their families.  We offer the following specialty services: ·         Drug and alcohol addiction treatment ·         Treatment for behavioral addictions such as gambling, shopping, the internet, and sex addictions ·         Eating Disorder services ·         Mental health services for children ·         Spanish-speaking services Jackson offers state-of-the-art addiction treatment.  Our highly-trained staff strives to bring love and hope to adults and their families who are affected by addiction.  We have developed a treatment model where patients mentor, care, help and teach each other lifelong skills centered on recovery. Outpatient treatment is provided in several surrounding counties as well as our Downtown Sioux City location.  We offer services during the day and in the evenings so that patients can meet career or school obligations.  We believe that addiction is a disease that affects the entire family, so we encourage family members to be involved in the entire treatment process.  We can help build healthy family relationships and the entire family can recover together. Assistance to concerned persons and family members is available even if the addict is unwilling to be involved in treatment. Outpatient programs offer: Individual, group, family, and multi-family therapy. Medication-assisted treatment to assist with detoxification and cravings. Jackson Recovery Centers has a long and successful history of providing recovery education, prevention and consultation services. Prevention provides communities, schools, families and coalitions with the skills and resources to stop alcohol, tobacco and other drug problems before they start. Our highly trained staff has educational classes and trainings for the following:Drug-Free Workplace Training that educates businesses, supervisors, and employers about Drug-Free Workplace policies, drug and alcohol signs and symptoms, and maintaining a healthy work environment.Family Education Series to help family members, loved ones, and our community better understand addiction and recovery. We highly recommend all family members with a loved one involved in Jackson's services, or any individual interested in learning more about the disease of addiction, attend the series.Educational classes for teens and their parents who are concerned about your teen’s drug or alcohol use.  These classes help strengthen parent/child communication, develop positive family support, enhance decision-making skills, and prevent substance use.OWI/DUI classes for anyone with an impaired driving offense and is required by the Iowa Department of Transportation. We offer the DUI class in all of our locations including Cherokee, Denison, Le Mars, Harlan, Onawa, and Sioux City.Community advocacy and education to reduce the levels of underage drinking and adult binge drinking in the State of Iowa.
