<p>Short-term success for all research grants is for the researcher to fully investigate and complete their research based on their grant application.</p>

<p>Each research grant is given out to scientists that have to report back to the foundation at different periods of time as well as at the conclusion of their research project.</p>
Program Success Examples:
<p>Research grant winners have made a significant impact in the fight against paralysis. Many of our grants are used as pilot funding to support ideas that may not be investigated. We have had numerous grants that have resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollars in continued grants from other organizations such as the National Institute of Health. </p>
