Based on focus groups and interviews with CAPI staff for a report I wrote for the Council on Asian Pacific Mn on economic vitality of Asians, I can say CAPI has been a leader in immigrant services. You can learn more about what we mean by the CAPI model, for example how CAPI was able to place inner city job seekers out in companies in Chanhassen/Chaska area at livable wages. — Researcher and Faculty
