Ms. Keys has over 20 years of experience in large project management, system implementation and software design and development in diverse industry sectors ranging from science and environmental support to manufacturing, telecommunications, computer consulting and manufacturing. Her extensive experience overseas includes six years in the US Antarctic Program (USAP, under the National Science Foundation?s Department of Polar Programs) with four full years in Antarctica and on the USAP?s research vessels, as well as multi-year projects in Canada, Europe, New Zealand and South America. Her strengths include the ability to implement extremely challenging projects (technically and culturally), strong leadership, budgetary management, and management of stakeholder perceptions and expectations. Teams have ranged in size from 3 to 450 personnel with annual budgets ranging from small to $20 million.
