Impact Summary from the Nonprofit

Walden provided crisis hotline services to thousands of individuals annually.  Outpatient addiction services screened 1,600 individuals and 474 individuals were admitted into residential treatment in our recently completed program year.  Our half-way house for addicted mothers housed 24 women with children.Last year, 420 victims of domestic violence and sexual assault received crisis and counseling services and nearly 300 children/adolescents who were victims of abuse/neglect or suffered from behavioral problems received services.  <br /> <br /> Walden's Crisis Counseling program was honored with a Governor's Victim Assistance Award, while our treatment programs continue to exceed state expectations for completion of treatment and standards of care.<br />
