Kay Phillips is the President of the Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Coalition of North Carolina and has been in this role since June 2004. Previously, she was the Executive Director for the Caldwell Council on Adolescent Health in Lenoir, N.C. Kay has been working in the field of Teen Pregnancy Prevention since 1995 when she began as a Health Instructor. She is an overall child advocate with a focus on teen pregnancy prevention and smoking cessation.
