Mission Statement

The mission at the Center is to advance the understanding and use of voluntary mediation in the Cape Fear Region. ADR provides an alternative or adjunct to litigation which can be more satisfying and cost effective. The goal of the mediation process is to assist both sides with their efforts to create their own resolution, decision or agreement.
