The mission of Tidelands Community Hospice is to provide interdisciplinary, compassionate, professional and volunteer services for persons with life-limiting illnesses and their families. Marsha Hayes, M.A.T., is the executive Director of Tidelands Community Hospice. She was active in the planning and opening of the Tidelands N.E. and Ruby Green Hospice House, the area's first such facility which opened February 2007. In addition, she is the 2008 chair-elect of the Board of Directors for the Carolinas Center for Hospice and End of LIfe Care.
