<p>Life Plan Trust serves families of individuals with disabilities. Most individuals with severe disabilities are unable to work; their income falls below the federal poverty level and are usually eligible for Medicaid's income restrictions. Families in this situation are less likely to be able to access proper financial planning to ensure high quality continuing care and supplemental support for their loved ones with disabilities. Life Plan Trust staff can reach the families of these individuals and offer comprehensive information to assist with effective financial planning, maximizing the modest financial resources available, information on benefit programs to assist the family member...and provide peace of mind to families in this situation</p>
