Program Description:

Teaching children & teens the basics and fundamental principles of all sports. Giving them the education, self-esteem, and confidence to play any sports they choose. Our program helps children receive the basic knowledge they would have receive in school, at home or on the playground. With so many schools cutting back on services including gym class, athletics, team sports, and intramurals, many children and teens are not getting the basic fundamental skills they need to play sports.

When I was coaching a little league team in upstate NY, at the beginning of the season I noticed many of the kids could not throw the ball, hit or hold a glove properly even at age 10. This inspired me to look further into sports programs in the area. I was told many of the schools no longer had the opportunities for sports as they had when I was growing up.
This inspired me to design a program for the American Emotional Wellness Organization to give all kids an opportunity to learn the basic fundamental skills they will need to succeed in any sport
