Ruth Hubing was appointed Executive Director on July 18, 2011. She follows former Executive Director, Linda Stewart and Founder, Jacque Urso, whose leadership brought the organization from a handful of participants to almost 2,000. Jacque continues to be active in the organization even in retirement.

Program Description:
Parkinson Association of Southwest Florida, Inc. provides exercise programs specifically designed for persons with movement disorders,fall and balance classes, monthly educational programs, speech therapy, an annual symposium, day respite specifically designed for persons with PD, a spiritual care nurse, monthly newsletter, support groups for caregivers, young onset, women with PD, men, and PD101 classes. PASFI also provides education for the community.
