Mission Statement
Workout, Ltd., an agency of the Pikes Peak United Way, originated in 1974 as a work rehabilitation program to collect restitution for victims of juvenile crime. Workout, Ltd.'s mission is to provide therapeutic work and life skills programs that produce positive outcomes for victims, the community, and at-risk youth, while promoting accountability for juvenile offenders. Workout, Ltd. strives to provide a positive structured environment to assist youth in becoming productive, contributing members of the community. Workout, Ltd. provides a highly qualified staff of youth work supervisors, certified Restorative Justice Mediators, Victim Advocates, and community members to work with the needs of youth.
