Mission Statement

Workout, Ltd., an agency of the Pikes Peak United Way, originated in 1974 as a work rehabilitation program to collect restitution for victims of juvenile crime. Workout, Ltd.'s mission is to provide therapeutic work and life skills programs that produce positive outcomes for victims, the community, and at-risk youth, while promoting accountability for juvenile offenders. Workout, Ltd. strives to provide a positive structured environment to assist youth in becoming productive, contributing members of the community. Workout, Ltd. provides a highly qualified staff of youth work supervisors, certified Restorative Justice Mediators, Victim Advocates, and community members to work with the needs of youth.

Along with a distinguished 20-year career in the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Sexton also has more than over 30 years experience in Business Operations, Human Resources, and Information Technology. Mr. Sexton holds an MBA and an undergraduate degree in business administration and organizational development. He strongly advocates for client self-sufficiency through implementation of ADI?s ?ACCESS? recovery model. He is deeply committed to serving others, which is demonstrated by his devotion to helping people realize their full potential.
