THE ACLU OF WASHINGTON ENDOWMENT FUND IS AFFILIATED WITH, AND SERVES TO SUPPORT FINANCIALLY, THE PURPOSES OF THE ACLU OF WASHINGTON FOUNDATION BY RAISING, MANAGING ENDOWMENT FUNDS AND RELATED ASSETS. The ACLU of Washington has been exceedingly successful in working with local law enforcement and elected to institute pre-arrest diversion at a time when most of the country is looking at only sentencing alternatives.
