Mr Marty Miller
Marty Miller served the previous three years as COO of Good Samaritan Ministries and have been with the organization since 2006.
I like the title CSO, or Chief Samaritan Officer and made this change to reflect that Good Samaritan Ministries is made up of many ministries and many servant leaders. I was introduced to this ministry many years ago after looking for a ministry where I could live out my faith and passions together. GSM is the kind of place that you find acceptance, challenge to grow, opportunity to serve others, and the chance to grow spiritually. We are not a church, but rather a servant of the church called to teach God's Kingdom and to serve our fellow man. As a ministry of faith we rely solely upon donation support from the generous hearts of those who are able to give. We are humbled daily and consider our work a privilege worldwide.

Impact Summary from the Nonprofit
Samaritans are those who are willing to help others heal, grow, and disciple the nations to love like Jesus through words and actions. The love of Christ looks differently to people based on their personal story, their culture, and their needs. Since 1979 Good Samaritan Ministries (GSM) has been providing services designed to help people find their potential and passion. Self discovery of personal potential and destiny in God's Kingdom is central to the calling of GSM to "teach nothing but the Kingdom of God." Based purely upon donations, GSM USA offers personal counseling, group therapy, bible training, family camps, lay counselor training, DBT skills training, and many personal development programs. There are 12 offices throughout the Pacific Northwest. Internationally GSM provides core education through 70 schools to over 8000 children each year while offering support and housing at many schools for orphans. The cornerstone of counseling becomes the backbone for dozens of Samaritan programs including, drug prevention and recovery, elderly programs, widows and orphans programs, micro finance, and much more. Serving in over 30 countries GSM remains focused upon helping create self-sustaining programs as ministries thrive and expand.
