Leadership
Dr. Keri Procunier McLain, Ph.D.
Term:
Since
1998
Profile:
Keri Procunier McLain, Ph.D., brings experience and a tradition of compassion to her work as the CEO of the YWCA of Silicon Valley. Growing up in a small California town where toughness and lean times were the norm, Keri developed a passion to help the underserved and under-empowered members of our community. A graduate of Cal State Fullerton and USC, Keri has been a nun, a teacher of developmentally disabled children and served for 15 years as the director of Agnews Developmental Center. Keri brings the same dedication and spirit to the challenges she faces in her role as leader of one of the largest YWCA's in the country. Through organizational capacity-building, Keri envisions a time when the YWCA will have the resources to meet the needs of all those who require our services.
