<div>Cocerned about the excessive gun violence in the community , ACTA,Inc members organized a peace walk and rally to get the public aware and set out for solutions</div>

<div><strong>There is less gun violence in the area compared to 4 years before the program started.</strong>
<div>Many yuth are involved with the organization because of the attention the Peace walk recieved.</div></div>

<div>Many community members came out to support as well as elected officials showed theri concern and put a light on the positivity that can come out of the community.</div>

<div>The amount of participants in association activities and the number of calls recieved for more information. </div>

<div>One young lady was shot in the ankle during a routine walk to the local store. Beacause of the attention that the peace walk started there is more police patrol and members are wanting more interaction with the program and the youth in the community. The young lady now is well and she thanks all who helped to make the community safer.</div>

<div>Back To School Day Annual event give away book bags and school supplies to encourage academic achievemnt in low to moderate income neighborhoods</div>

<div>Since many look forward to the upcoming event in the once dilapidated Campbells Park, a community center has since been renovated and reopened for the areas young people to enjoy. Programs that will help express youth creativity will hopefully be added to the community center.</div>

Program Description:
<strong>Clean Up Day</strong> was created in 2008 to promote a day where concerned people get together and beautify the community. We collect garbage clean grafitti and promote utilizing the parks and recreation areas in many neighborhoods. we also gave away bicycles to children who showed an interest in community spirit, to promote healthy activity.
