Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Residential Program
Greystone's largest program is its residential program serving 85 plus individuls in single family homes throughout a five county area. The homes are operated 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
Greystone second largest program is its Day Habilitation Program serving 30 children and 30 adults.
Finally, is Greystone's Community Services Programs, a variety of specilized services including Early Intervention, After School education for Autistic chidren, Family Counseling and In The Home Behavior Therapy.

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
The mission of Greystone challenges us to continuously develop and enhance our programs to meet the needs of our community. Our strategic planning accomplishes this by utilizing a tool that will improve measurement and outcomes for performance effectiveness in a managed care environment and developing new programmatic opportunities that need the changing needs of the individuals in the Hudson Valley Region. Each department within Greystone works to achieve their goals in order towards Greystones mission.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
In order to accomplish the strategic plan, Greystone cannot rely solely on the government. By using new fundraising initiatives we will be able to achieve these goals.
