Coastal Cleanup Day
As part of International Coastal Cleanup Day, ECOSLO organizes beach cleanups throughout San Luis Obispo County on the third Saturday of September. In 2016, 1,200 volunteers removed over 6,500 pounds of marine debris from 30 local beaches, creeks, and waterways.
SLO Stewards
Partnership program with the City of San Luis Obispo to provide educational, docent-led hikes and volutneer events in the City of San Luis Obispo Open Space Natural Reserves.
SLO County Parks Volunteer Events
A partnership with San Luis Obispo County Parks & Recreation, ECOSLO leads monthly volunteer events at local County parks - lake cleanup, trail maintenance, tree-plantings, and more!
