What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Mission Statement
Connecting God's resources and volunteers with human need by collecting and distributing supplies to facilitate mission outreach, disaster response and mission education.
Vision Statement
To be a major collaborative mission resource for all God's people, transforming lives locally, nationally and globally.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Recently adopted a Five-Year Strategic Plan focusing on:
Organizational Structure
Education
Facilities
HUBS
Volunteers
Communication and Marketing
Fund Development
Governance
Programs and Service
This plan contains comprehensive objectives, tasks, resource requirements, implementation timeline, and key personnel assigned to drive the objective to completion.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We have been working diligently to recruit high capacity visionary Board of Directors. We have several in place who have influence within the community to supplement the staff's high capacity and dedication to carry out the mission.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We completed the last three-year strategic plan within the directed time frame. One objective was not completed due to its lower priority. The objective was assessed, re-imagined, and attached to the priorities of the new strategic plan which is in the very early stages. We have made some timeline adjustments do to factors beyond our control.
