We provide emergency food assistance to families in need to the community. To include meals on wheels for the elderly program to assist with their daily lunches.

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Hope Central Inc. formerly (Crisis Re-entry Counseling Centre) is a tax-exempt 501 c(3) organization, which actually began in my heart in 1997 but was organized in 2014. This organization was created to address the needs of our communities.Our goals are to be a beacon of light in our community by increasing our assistance to families.we will be directing our assistance to the homeless. . We worked with the homeless and the ex-offenders and now we will be working with the elderly. We are projecting the purchase of a building in the near future, to continue to work with the aging in our community. We are also working to bring something different that our clients will remember us by. We want them to feel at home in an energetic and comfortable friendly setting, surrounded by people who really care.

What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Co-Ceo Andre Morris, MSWCeo- Ivette Ramos Celestrin We are a 501 c(3) organization and will seek services and resources from the community to assist our clients to the best of our abilities.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We monitor our program success thru a survey we have developed and also through the follow-up sessions. In addition through our interview process we have a questionnaire to determine if the assistance we have provided has been helpful. Progress will be monitored through * Client Sign In sheets * Client Progress survey * Volunteer surveys Examples of Program Success: Martha came for some assistance she had recently had a tube implanted in her kidneys, when suddenly had a stroke. Her husband her of us throught a referral. We assisted her to be able to apply for Medicaid, because she could not move her arm, paralysis. She was so grateful that we took the time to assist her, she said she doesn't know how to use the computer and she knows of other people in the same situation. Well, the next day her husband came in Ralph, he was on compensation, his unemployment had ran out and while sitting down, told me, my wife said you were so kind. We assisted him and found out that while I did his wife benefits, we did his as well. While here, the food pantry was able to assist him with food. He was so grateful, I asked him if he would do a video, he said definitely. I have included.
