Programs and results
What we aim to solve
Our seniors are living longer. It is our hope that we can positively impact their quality of life through education and social interaction.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Health Education
This program is designed to encourage seniors to be proactive with health related issues. Informative literature, health fairs, and periodic Q&A sessions with healthcare providers will be available. We will provide healthy snacks and beverages at each event.
Nutrition
This program is designed to promote a healthy nutritional lifestyle, education seniors about making good dietary choices, and provide additional (supplemental) food options for seniors struggling to meet daily needs.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
We aim to educate seniors, care-givers, family members, and loved ones about social services available in the Greater Houston Area. We intend to bridge the gap between senior and the services needed; while providing educational and social opportunities.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We have created a network of partnerships with specialists and business owners to work with us in providing workshops and other educational opportunities. We want to make social interaction, knowledge about providing day-to-day needs, and the feeling of inclusion the basis for providing quality care.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We have access to members and volunteers who possess the necessary and fundamental skills to facilitate the execution of our program. We intend to continue our recruitment of qualified individuals to enhance and improve our programs as we grow.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We have not accomplished the goals of our organization, as we are in the infant stage of development.
