What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Education and Community Access
The National Aquarium is committed to providing accessible experiences for everyone in our community—particularly children and families. With the generous support of the community, the National Aquarium annually welcomes more than 150,000 visitors for free or at reduced admission through our education and community access partnerships and programs. These include free school group field trips, partially funded by the Maryland State Department of Education; the Read to Reef book club in partnership with the Enoch Pratt Free Library; Half-Price Friday Nights, presented by M&T Bank; Pay What You Want Day, made possible with the generous support of T. Rowe Price; Dollar Days; Maryland Mornings; Grade A Student Night and more.
