  1. Why do I only have 48 hours to access Financial SCAN with the Nonprofit Express Pass?

    The Nonprofit Express Pass was designed to give nonprofit organizations a low-cost, reliable way to analyze their financial health. The Nonprofit Express Pass allows a nonprofit to run a Financial SCAN report only on its own EIN. Because nonprofits file their returns only once a year, extended periods of access are not required.

  2. Can I run more than one Financial SCAN report with the Nonprofit Express Pass?

    No. You can run a Financial SCAN report for a single EIN only. You can, however, run an unlimited number of peer comparisons against the selected EIN during the 48-hour access period.

  3. If I also subscribe to GuideStar Premium, can I access Financial SCAN via GuideStar Premium during the 48-hour access period?

    Yes. Look for the Financial SCAN link under the My Tools tab on the left side of any GuideStar Premium report page.

  4. Will GuideStar save my Financial SCAN report for me?

    Not after the 48-hour access period. During your 48-hour subscription, you can access the report you have generated in the My Account area of the GuideStar Web site. After that time, previously generated Financial SCAN reports will not be available on GuideStar. Please be sure to save your final PDF report locally to your computer to ensure access after your 48-hour subscription has expired.
