My credit card expires before my subscription is set to renew. How do I update my credit card information to ensure I can continue to access to my subscription?
Sign in to GuideStar, click the "My Account" link located at the top of the page, then click "Manage My Subscriptions." You will see a complete listing of your subscriptions, including their order numbers (for ease of expensing), renewal dates, the last four digits of the credit card used to purchase them, and more. Locate the appropriate subscription and then click "Change payment." You will then be taken to a page that will allow you to update your credit card information. After you update, click "Save." Your new credit card information will then be billed on the renewal date. To change the credit card associated with multiple services, you must repeat these steps for each subscription.
