Home and Community Based Services

Home and Community Based Services assist clients in establishing the skills and connections needed to enjoy the activities of their choice, including volunteering or paid employment. HCBS clients may live in independent apartments with support only as-needed. Others choose to live with family, in 24/7 supported residences, or in shared living homes.

In our core communities, these clients are well-known and fully included in the life of their towns.
