Affordable Housing Development and Services

Avesta Housing is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating and reserving safe, affordable homes for people in need. We develop, acquire, preserve, and rehabilitate affordable housing for low-income people of all ages and backgrounds. In addition to providing homes, we also provide access to essential support services to ensure housing stability, such as food security, healthcare, transportation, education, jobs, financial literacy, etc.
