Outpatient Counseling Services

Day One Outpatient Services offer family and individual counseling, group therapy, family counseling, homeless teen outreach, and an Intensive Outpatient Program.

Population(s) Served

The Natural Helpers of Maine, a high school peer-listening program.

Population(s) Served

Day One's Residential Treatment Program provides a holistic approach to the treatment and recovery of substance use. Adolescents come from communities throughout Maine. The program offers a long-term intensive therapeutic community in three locations for girls and boys ages 14-20. Genders are housed separately. A graduate completes treatment in six months.

Day One counselors provide substance use counseling and rehabilitation services to the 90% of the committed youth who require it at Long Creek Youth Development Centers and to clients incarcerated at Mountain View.
