Mission

The purpose of the Men's Auxiliary is to assist the VFW Post with its mission of providing assistance to Veterans and their families, and supporting the local community through volunteer programs. The largest program this year was directed by Community Relief in the form of replacing the roof on the Veterans of Foreign War Post 10100 Bruce C Embrey Memorial, LaBelle, FL. The roof replacement was 4500 dollars, we took in 2375 in membership fees (95 members x $25 dues) and we received another 500 in funds raised by this committee

The next largest program was youth activities & Americanism where 500 dollars was provided through educational grants/scholarships and programs.

The third largest program had to due with support of veterans and their families within the Hendry Co Community, an additional 500 dollars was raised and distributed throughout the year
