Downtown Stanardsville Streetscape Improvements
STAR has been awarded $674,000 in federal grants and has collected the required matching funds from Greene County, Town of Stanardsville, EDA, and individuals for this streetscape enhancement project in the Town's business district. VDOT has reviewed Draper Aden's design plan, and progress is underway to file environmental forms and complete Right of Ways and Easement documents for properties on this three-block area of Main Street. Project also includes two crosswalks on Rte 33 west of Town and connecting sidewalks at the school complex.
