Residential Services

Residential: 24x7 direct support for 116 adults in community residences.

Family Support Center: Information, referral, service navigation, therapeutic programs, workshops, recreational and social activities, respite care and emergency assistance for 462 families who care for someone with disabilities at home.

Intensive In-Home Support for Children: In-home support across northeastern Massachusetts with experts in behavioral consultation, educational programming, mental health and social work to help 179 families sustain their child, ages 3-22, at home.

We provide day services that promote independence and full immersion in the community for people with disabilities such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Down syndrome, learning disabilities, and brain injuries. The programs are goal-oriented and focus in on life skills and employment skills. Clinical interventions such as nursing, physical & occupational therapy, speech/language therapy, and behavioral supports are available, if needed, in combination with our daily activities. Two or more services may be combined to create a meaningful program, tailored to the needs and interests of each individual. Day services are based at our 22 Parkridge Rd location in Haverhill, Massachusetts and typically run from 8:30am-2:30pm. Three programs are offered: Community Based Day Services (CBDS), Day Habilitation, and Day Services for Acquired Brain Injuries.

Vocational Services: Skills assessments, training, job placements and ongoing job coaching support for 106 people with disabilities and service veterans with barriers to employment.

Supported Home Care: Nursing support, safety training, stipend, respite care, and access to community resources for 121 families who care for an adult with disabilities in their home as well as case management support for 64 adults who live independently in apartments.
